Position Overview

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute digital marketing initiatives for our clients and agency. This role blends performance marketing know-how with creative thinking and analytical insight. You’ll manage paid media campaigns, oversee content strategy, optimize digital performance, and collaborate cross-functionally with designers, writers, and account leads.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who’s equal parts strategist, executor, and analyst, while thriving in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage digital marketing strategies across paid social, display, search, video, and email channels

  • Plan and execute paid media campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) for agency and client brands

  • Monitor performance, analyze metrics, and optimize campaigns for KPIs, including CTR, ROAS, conversions, and engagement

  • Lead digital reporting and provide insights that drive strategy and decision-making

  • Oversee content calendars and collaborate on compelling messaging for various platforms

  • Partner with creative and account teams to align campaigns with broader brand and communications goals

  • Stay ahead of digital trends, platform updates, and emerging tools/technologies

  • Manage digital budgets, timelines, and deliverables across multiple client accounts

Qualifications

  • 3–6 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency or fast-paced creative environment

  • Strong understanding of paid media platforms and digital analytics (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, etc.)

  • Proficiency in performance marketing strategies, audience targeting, and conversion tracking

  • Comfortable analyzing campaign data and presenting insights to clients and internal teams

  • Exceptional project management skills and attention to detail

  • Experience collaborating with creatives and content developers

  • Familiarity with SEO/SEM, CRM/email platforms, and web content best practices a plus

  • Creative thinker with a passion for staying on top of industry trends and digital innovation
